Each course begins with our Metabolic Reset program to start your wellness journey, then progresses sequentially from one level to the next as they are completed. Those who complete to the Gold level are eligible to continue to Platinum!

1:1 Functional Medicine Consultation
Separate from our online course studies, we provide 1-on-1 consultations for those who need direct attention to a specific topic only. We want to show you how healing is possible! By asking and addressing the right questions, we can finally get to the root causes of your issues and pinpoint the specific imbalances that need to be addressed!
These consultations are provided at hourly rates separate to our other programs and courses. If you’re not sure if you are ready to do the course studies, a private 1-on-1 consultation may be the right way for you to start!
